For most people, the puchase of an automobile will be the biggest expense behind a home mortgage, particularly a new vehicle. With CPO or other one/two/three year old pre-owned vehciles also fetching a hefty price, it is across the board that it will be a major purchase.
Because it is such a big event, it is important to find a dealership - new or pre-owned - that a buyer feels like they can work with. This can be based on personal experience, recommendations, and of course the internet is a great such tool. Regardless of how or where, the dealership expectations need to be set to that, as a buyer, the consumer can actually help create a positive buying experience.
